You can make a reservation at our campsite by E-mail. It can’t be easier. What do you have to do:

Fill in the form below completely
Take care you fill in your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address correctly!
Print the form for your own administration
Send the reservation order by pressing the ‘Submit’ button
We confirm your reservation request by e-mail en you will receive further instructions concerning pre-payments.
After receipt of your deposit we will send you a final confirmation by post.

Rates 2008

Camping

Tarrifs mentioned above apply from July 1 until September 1.
In pre- and after-season we give the following discounts;

1 - 7 days	15%
8 - 14 days	20%
from 15 days	30%
> 1 month	40%

The discounts don't apply to the electricity rate; This will still be € 3,50 a day, in pre- and after-season.

Rental caravan

Per week (2 persons): 275,- euro (3 or 4 persons pay more).

Reservation conditions

Canceling camping site

We will not refund your pre-payment in the case of cancellation or early departure.

Payment of the rent

(only applicable when renting an accommodation). At least one month before the day of arrival the rent has to be paid. If you make a reservation less then one month before, you are obligated to settle the rent in one time.

Canceling the rental period of a caravan

In case you arrive later, cancel or leave earlier as planned without a valid reason the total rent is due.

Delayed arrival on campsite or rental accommodation

When you arrive later then planned without prior notice, cancellation of the rental agreement will follow after 24 hours.

Assurance

Quinta das Oliveiras does not take any responsibility for damages on the camper's equipment, caused by your own fault; a third party assurance is obligated.

Naturist attitude and behavior

In the light of the naturist character of our campsite, member of the Fédération Portugal de Naturisme, we preserve the right to deny admittance to our property to those whose behavior is in violation of naturist rules.

Domestic rules

You are legally obligated to follow the domestic rules, as ratified by the Préfecture and displayed at the reception. On request a copy will be handed.

I.N.F./British Naturism card

You need a valid naturist-card.
